Welcome to Allay Estate Sales, LLC. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Allay Estate Sales, LLC (“Company”) provides professional estate liquidation and residential clean-out services.

Service Agreements: All professional services are governed by formal written contracts signed by the Client. These website terms supplement those agreements.
Clean-Out Discretion: For clean-out services, the Company retains full discretion over the handling, donation, or disposal of items. The Company is not obligated to provide a detailed accounting of the final disposition of discarded items.

2. Online Purchases & Appointment Pickup

Buy Now, Pick Up Later: Items purchased via our online store must be paid for in full at the time of checkout. Once a purchase is completed online, the sale is Final.
Scheduled Pickup: After completing an online purchase, buyers must schedule an appointment to pick up their items at the designated estate address.
Final Inspection: We strongly encourage buyers to inspect their items during the scheduled pickup. Once the item leaves the premises, the transaction is considered fully settled; no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.

3. In-Person Estate Sales

Entry at Your Own Risk: By entering an estate sale property, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. The Company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring on the premises.
Property Security: We reserve the right to inspect all bags and containers and to limit the number of people inside the property at any given time for safety and security.
As-Is Sales: All items at in-person sales are sold “as-is, where-is” with no guarantees or warranties.

4. Loading & Removal

Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are solely responsible for the safe removal, loading, and transport of all purchased items.
Courtesy Assistance: While our team may be available to assist with loading items as a courtesy, Allay Estate Sales, LLC is not liable for any damage to items, vehicles, or property that occurs during the loading or removal process.

5. Prohibited Items & Inventory

Hazardous Materials: The Company does not sell, move, or dispose of hazardous materials, chemicals, ammunition, or items prohibited by law.
Inventory Integrity: Once an item is listed for sale or a clean-out service has commenced, the unauthorized removal of items by third parties is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property & Media

Content Ownership: All content on this website, including logos, text, and photographs of sale items, is the exclusive property of Allay Estate Sales, LLC.
Photography Rights: Per our service agreements, the Company reserves the irrevocable right to use photographs and videos of properties and contents indefinitely for marketing and promotional purposes on our website and social media.

7. SMS & Communication

Consent: By providing your phone number, you consent to receive communications, including SMS/text messages.
Control: Message and data rates may apply. You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP.”

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

Liability: Allay Estate Sales, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising out of the use of this website or attendance at our sales.
Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays or failures to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather or acts of God.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Allegheny County.
