  • Message Types: By providing your information via our contact forms or chat widget, you may receive communications via email and SMS, including service updates, newsletter, appointment confirmations, and responses to your specific inquiries. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service.

2. User Control & Support

  • SMS Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 724-561-8833. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed.
  • Support via Chat & Email: If you need assistance, you can use our website Chat Widget for real-time support during business hours, reply with the keyword HELP via SMS, or email us at info@allayestatesales.com.

3. Fees, Frequency, & Liability

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Delivery Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Age Restriction

By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services, chat widget, or messaging program.

5. In-Person Estate Sales

  • Entry at Your Own Risk: Visitors enter estate sale properties at their own risk. The Company is not liable for accidents, injuries, or property damage occurring on the premises.
  • Security: We reserve the right to inspect bags and limit occupancy for safety.
  • Removal: Buyers are responsible for the safe removal of all items. While our team may assist with loading as a courtesy, the Buyer remains responsible for the transport and securing of all purchases.

6. Online Purchases & Appointment Pickup

  • Buy Now, Pick Up Later: Items purchased online must be paid in full at checkout. All sales are final.
  • Scheduled Pickup: Buyers must schedule an appointment for pickup. Once an item leaves the premises, the transaction is considered settled.

7. General Sale Terms

  • “As-Is” Condition: All items are sold “as-is, where-is” with no guarantees or warranties.
  • Prohibited Items: We do not handle or sell hazardous materials, chemicals, or ammunition.

8. Service Discretion (Clean-Outs)

For clean-out services, the Company retains full discretion over the handling, donation, or disposal of items as per the signed service agreement.

9. Intellectual Property & Media

  • Content: All website content and photographs are the property of Allay Estate Sales, LLC.
  • Marketing Rights: The Company reserves the irrevocable right to use photographs and videos of the property and its contents indefinitely for promotional purposes.

11. Governing Law

Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania and brought exclusively in the courts of Allegheny County.
