Winning Items & Payment
Towards the end of the sale you will see an email or on your account dashboard whether we have accepted, rejected, or countered your offer. If we have accepted you can move forward with paying for those items.
Pickup Information
All purchased items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window listed for each sale. You will be emailed a link once you purchase and pay for your items. The link will have days and times you can schedule to pickup your items. It will also have the address of where your items are located.

Due to the nature of estate sales, all purchases are sold as-is and are final sale.
Item Conditions
We do our best to photograph and describe items accurately, but customers are encouraged to review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Pickup Responsibility
Customers are responsible for pickup and transporting purchased items unless otherwise stated. You must come on our pickup days. Please do not purchase anything if you cannot pickup during our designated times.
