Vintage Chinese wedding basket, also known as a “Bakul Siah,” traditionally used for carrying gifts or offerings during wedding ceremonies. Features classic red and black lacquer with hand-painted gold floral and botanical motifs, along with a fixed carrying handle.

The pierced center band and tiered form add to its decorative appeal, making it a great display piece for shelves, consoles, or Asian-inspired interiors.
